This coming 4th of February, practice self-love and join Ana on this sweet Restorative Yoga workshop.
Restorative Yoga provides deep healing for your body and mind. It uses a series of easy, supported poses held for a long time in the right conditions, to tip the balance from “fight-or-flight” mode into maximum relaxation.
Under the conditions set in restorative yoga, immediate effects on heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity are possible.
In this workshop, we will prepare the body and mind through some gentle restorative movements to softly release inner tension, using props such as blankets & cushions to fully support and relax your body in a passive way while calming the nervous system to achieve deep relaxation.
Through this 2-hour master class, you will feel rejuvenated with a series of gentle movements that will gently open and bring balance to the body and mind, replenishing your energy, releasing stress and providing you with a general sense of wellbeing.
